Property modernisation and Renovation

There may come a time when you decide your property needs modernisation and or renovations, this may be because of the way a previous tenant has left the property in disrepair or another agency has not fulfilled their obligation in the way they looked after your property whilst with them, or it could simply be that you feel the property is outdated and needs to be modified up to a new standard.

As we are property developers ourselves we also offer a service that would interest anyone wishing to upgrade there property with the knowledge that we could bring the property back to the condition you require with our knowledge, experience, expertise and our own maintenance staff to carry out the work.

We could arrange an appointment with our director who would discuss any requirements, and design ideas you have then discuss the costs involved for the renovations.

This service is available upon agreement that once the works are completed we would then create a contract for us to fully manage your property on our guaranteed rent scheme.

We also understand that as a landlord you may have suffered losses and damages to your property by bad tenants that have either destroyed your property or removed features. This could potentially cost you thousands to repair in order to put the property to use again, money that might not be available at the time and simply put, the tenants deposit is not enough to cover. This can be daunting; however we invite you to speak to us.

As property developers we understand that the costs involved in these renovations can be hard whilst no rent is being accumulated at the property, so we can offer the service of payment for the renovations to be deducted from the monthly rents you would be due once the works are completed and there is a tenant in the property.
