Maintenance Service

At Anthea lettings we offer a property maintenance service included in our Guaranteed Rent Scheme which includes a wide array of services for our landlords. We consider our landlords as valued clients, and as such adhere to keep your properties in the best condition possible throughout the term of our contract with you.

To ensure this promise is made possible, we have our own in house maintenance teams, and throughout a tenancy we will not charge you the landlord anything for labour and materials for minor repair issues. We also do not charge you for the replacement of furniture and white goods if this becomes necessary whilst a tenant is in your property.

We will carry out regular inspections, and any necessary works required will be completed immediately by our trusted maintenance teams, and again you the landlord will not bear any of these costs for minor issues.

We have designed our own in-house computerised maintenance system, which enables us to keep up to date with any works that are required as well as a flagging notice system for reminders of yearly safety certificates that are due, giving the peace of mind that the property will always be current with all necessary safety certificates.

This system is available on smartphone, tablet or computer in over 40 languages, meaning the tenant can easily and accurately report their maintenance issues, from anywhere and at any time. In-built guidance for emergencies also helps to make sure that your tenant knows what to do to protect themselves and your property if the worst happens

Also in our design portfolio we have our very own maintenance reporting tool for our tenants through the website, as well as an emergency 24 hour 365 days a year call centre which enables calls to be taken via a person and not an automated service, these emergencies will then be forwarded to a member of our maintenance team for immediate action to be taken.

We have designed an Inventory App, downloadable via iTunes for any Landlord, and this is what we use for our very own inventories to ensure that properties are always at the same standard as the time your property was received by us.
